Andrew is an accredited Sales Skills Evaluator, qualified coach and  Adult and FE teacher and holds an ILM certificate in Operational Management. He has also won a number of industry awards for his sales training.

Andrew has worked extensively in a mixture of in-house and consultant roles with organisations such as Archant Ltd, May Gurney, Mustard TV and The Excelsior Trust and has specialised in many sectors including media, construction, retail, charity, hospitality, tourism and SMEs.

Highlights during his 20-year career include supporting teams to achieve consistent year-on-year revenue growth of between 11% and 26% and he has helped reduce staff turnover by 39% during a six-month period.

Andrew has worked as a voluntary coach for Business Action on Homelessness and has also worked closely with Chloe Smith MP and Job Centre Plus, training 20 people in sales skills.
